STEP 03
We Generate Your Form Pack
Based on your entity type, iRegister generates the exact set of government PDF forms required. Each form is filled with your answers — no duplicate data entry across 14 documents.
Form packs vary by entity: a Private Ltd pack has ~14 forms, a Sole Proprietorship only 3. See the table below for a full breakdown per entity type.
STEP 04
Sign Digitally
Directors and the company secretary sign using our built-in canvas signature pad. Signatures are embedded directly into the PDF forms at the correct positions.
For Sole Proprietorships, no signatures are needed in the wizard — you sign the physical form. For companies, each director and the secretary signs once, and we place the signature on all relevant forms.
STEP 05
Download & Submit
Download your complete registration package as a single ZIP file. Submit to ORC (Office of the Registrar of Companies) and GRA (Ghana Revenue Authority).
Each PDF is named and numbered in submission order. We include a pre-submission checklist so you know exactly what to print, sign, and where to deliver.
