We collect personal information you provide during registration: names, dates of birth, Ghana Card numbers, TIN, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, occupation, and company details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and time spent.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: (a) generate company registration forms, (b) save your draft progress, (c) process payments, (d) communicate about your registration, and (e) improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Draft data is saved to your browser's local storage for convenience. Completed registrations are stored on encrypted servers. We implement access controls and regular security audits.
4. Data Retention
We retain your registration data for the duration of your account. Draft data in local storage can be cleared by you at any time. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with: (a) payment processors (PayStack, Stripe) for transaction processing, (b) cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, and (c) as required by Ghana law or court order. We do not share data with marketing companies.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences (e.g., theme selection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
