1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iRegister, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. iRegister is a product of ICUNI Labs.
2. Service Description
iRegister is a form automation tool that assists users in preparing company registration documents for submission to the Registrar General's Department of Ghana. iRegister does not submit documents on your behalf, provide legal advice, or guarantee registration approval.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per individual is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into iRegister. While we provide validation and suggestions, the final accuracy of your registration documents is your responsibility. We recommend reviewing all generated forms before submission.
5. Payment Terms
Certain features of iRegister require payment. All payments are processed through PayStack or Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once forms have been generated, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
iRegister, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of ICUNI Labs. Government forms and their content belong to the Government of Ghana. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from iRegister without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
iRegister is provided "as is" without warranties. ICUNI Labs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including rejected registrations, data loss, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. Privacy
Your use of iRegister is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal information is handled in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
